On a WIKI in a print friendly format
That is now how we do all our doco at work. Mind you our WIKI has the option to save the page in a pdf.

The idea of post and PDF gives the best of both worlds.

I like the idea of a single post and .pdf.
Single post so you can read it with flow and without all of the conversation which can come later.
The .pdf to save it for easy future reference.

Hey Dave, what about Videos on a youtube type format or something with better resolution would be good?
It would be much easier than heaps of Photo's and you could explain and demonstrate things a lot clearer.
I wouldnt be able to see them as Im on dial up and it's too slow to down load them but for everyone else it would be pretty good id think.
