defender interior trim and ladder

Hi,

Does anyone know where to get replacement clips on the interior trim on a Defender that goes around the back and side rear windows. The trim pushes on and the last time I tried to remove it I damaged most of them. I want to fit a rear ladder so I need to remove the trim. Mine is a 07 Defender , but the fittings look the same as my 03.

Also, any thoughts on best place to get a rear ladder

Can second that. We have a Discowhite engineered ladder on the rear of Gandalf.
