D1 reverse light relay

I assume the reverse lights on a D1 (95 model) are activated by a switch on the gear selector and run through a relay. Where is the relay located?

Don't know about a relay but the switch is located on the left hand side of the (manual) gear box (R380). A bit difficult to reach from underneath but you can get at it.

I can confirm that - no relay.
