:D Finally got the Scorpion Racing Evolution Kit finished today ! Was waiting on the right extended brake line to finish the job!
Kit contains:
2 x New lower Front Shock Tarrets
2 x Front coil re-locte cones
4 x Urathane Bump stops
2 x rear Re-locate cones
2 x rear cranked arms
4 x braided steel extened brake lines
2 x rear upper shock mounts (lowering shock mounts)
All went in like a glove, did not have much to test it on, we stacked up 4 x tyres, a pallet and a 4wd Ramp to get her up, was still not on complete articulation but gives you the idea ! Am itching to try it out somwhere :Dtomorow !
Cheers

I brought full sheets of checkerplate, made templates, cut it out and painted it up. I think you can buy pre-made stuff from Rovacraft here in Perth.

Looking good Jezza,I have that kit on my Fender , but always chasing more articulation I have found the shocks to be the achillies heel.
Since I have a company car now... I'm going for the Extreme Kit extras ie the Fox type shocks and mounts and the total dislocating spings

as it wont be used for towing anymore just a toy:D

That is a nice truck shame the chap Dave can't drive for toffee.:):) Used to race against him in challenge events and the Nas spec rear step on my 90 came off the back of this truck
But the truck does look like he magnestised the car and ram raid scorpion and fitted everything that stuck to it :). I mean it has an internal cage as well as an external cage. Mind you dave is a doctor so purhapse is worried about those sort of things:):)

Hey Ken,
Coils Front : TDC504
Rear Coils : TDC518H
Check out www.4waysuspension.com.au for catalog
Front shocks : Foam Cell FC41049
Rear shocks : Foam Cell FC41398
And 40mm 1 1/2" not 2" Body Lift
Note: Front and rear shocks and coils list a different part number for a D2.

Cant be much in it as far as travel goes
The fact that you have lowered shock turrets will make a difference though
as far as part numbers go will check out the difference in open and closed lengths
as far as I know the D1 is pin to eye in the shocks and a D2 is eye to eye so Id say at a glance that would be the difference in part numbers
Your Disco looks great
am still searching for a front steering guard as every time I call someone they are all gone

Yes you would be correct, I think the D2 coils are a little bit taller, and your would be on teh money regarding length of shocks.
I was going to make the Guard untill Stew at Rovacraft said : This one's missing the correct brackets, I'm sure youl make it fit ;)
