mate of mine is getting a new camper trailer built sounds damn nice its and off road set up with all the add ons trailer was $3200 and $1800 for the tent, the tent he got off ebay

i'll post some pics off the trailer when its done it should be ready in about 2 weeks, looks like our yearly trip to mrytleford will be good this year

Thats a damn good price!! I like to look into camper trailers, but would like to buy just the canvas stuff as I like to supply my own trailer... unless another bargain like that pops up!

I would be interested in his comments on the tent as i will be looking at a tent top for my trailer soon.

Thats how most of the tents on eBay are sold i.e without trailer?

trailer is getting built atm sould be done in a week or so, but i will have lots of pics soon as he is getting the trailor and then we are putting the tent ontop and fitting out the rest out ourselves

supposed to be gettin the trailer this weekend then the fitout should start (we will prob get into it all weekend) so pics arnt far away

Ill be interested to see them when you have these pics. My brother has made trailers in the past, and my plan is to build a 7x4, independent suspension, electric brakes, treg hitch etc, all depends on how much the parts are. Labour to weld it up is free :)

BTW, I am have spoken to him about building these 4x4 trailers on the side, depending on interest.

"7x4":o Jeez, that's lot of wheels for a trailer, and with 4 of them being driven, does it still qualify as a trailer? :D:D:D

Do you have any pics of the underbody showing suspension set up etc etc.

Those body jacks look vunerable stuck right on the back like that, Regards Frank.

I agree Frank.

A most unusual place to fit them.

The ones we sold had them under welded the chassis rails, running north south.
