Adam, nice job mate, I would be looking at reinforcing the bottoms of your draws if you intend to go off road, with some weight and the constant bouncing the bottoms will sag, I used to take a good quality tool box (with sliding drawers) on trips with me, but the weight of the tools bow the drawers down and tools end up everywhere, just a tip, Regards Frank.

The bottom of the draw is 4mm ali but I will also be bracing it before it goes in

Very very interesting, well made,
any specs for the projects page, ie dimensions etc,
and does it just sit there or do you have it anchored to the floor somehow?
and lastly sorry had to ask, whats with the bumper bar is that made of offcuts???

Nice job Jnr......
.....but for the sake of us still on primitive dial-up, with no other choice, I really wish some would get out of the habit of re-posting the original!, why do you feel you have to do it?, it makes it darn slow to load for some......seems to be a habit of those who obviously have access to decent internet speed.....go figure....:(:(:(:(
