Service sheet for a Td5

I am looking into servicing my '03 D2 Td5 myself and have a fair idea on what's involved, however, it would make it easily if I had the service schedule. Can someone please post it (I can pm my email address) or should I just buy the RAVE CD/DVD on e-Bay?
