swage fittings on transmission cooler lines.

Im replacing the transmission cooler on my D2 with a range rover bigger one. I will have to alter the length of the swage fitting ended lines that feed it. Does anyone know what the ed and id of the pipes are, and what the fittings are called/ their type?
I'm out in the country and it's my everyday car, so I need to do it all "in one go" no stuffing around!
