i don't mind what time we start though meet at 8.30 would be tidy.
not too sure wether ken will mind though as his car doesn't go in the heat of the afternoon :p :D:D:D :wasntme:

if anybody wants it earlier/later shout out.

hangover not really a round trip just head east till the track end's then jump back on the road and head west, though we will be passing by the tavern coming home.

There is a good chance I will be sporting one of the hugest hangovers of my relatively short drinking life on the 25th. All that said though, if I can focus on the road I will be there.

Cheers

are there many trees on this powerline track ?

They should be far enough from the track so that you'll be ok. ;)

:lol2: No Duncan, no trees to worry about - powerlines track has been cleared about 10m either side of the track in most spots - some shrubby regrowth, but nothing you couldn't drive over... :D

I have a bog stock 93 Discovery, I've never been - can a stock Disco handle it, or am I biting off more than I can chew?

First time I went up there my 110 was pretty stock with bald 235's. I ended up driving the hardest lines without a problem (was very dry though).

Anyone heading off to the South West over Xmas. Am planning on being in Bremer Bay on the 27th for a few days. Will keep the usual eye out for L/R's finest.

Sorry Jason, can't make this weekend's powerlines as we're camping at Lake Leschenaultia. Look out for the County with three canoes on the roof, 6 kids and a trailer of gear.

Have fun.

Keep an eye out for a Black 110 with AULRO sticker on the rear window. Stop and say hello if you see us about. I usually have my UHF on ch 27 whilst driving so call if your about.
Cheers Richard.
