The engine oil data page on my Discovery lists the recommended oil for the "petrol engine sump", the "diesel engine sump" and the "oil can".

What the devil is the "oil can"?

I can scan the page if need be:D

Maybe it's the oil can you fill with lube oil to lube hinges, catches etc.
Like dropping a couple of drops of oil down the dizzy under the rotor button etc.

Being that LR are Britishly British. That would be it.
The good old workshop oil can.
Oh, and the big one we all carry to get home with as well.:p
