Queen Mary Falls caravan park takes doggies, though you're in the middle of a National park.
Having said that I've known others to take their doggies for brisk early morning walks along the trail ;) (just as long as you pick up afterwards)

Also Crows Nest, nice caravan park just outside of there and some nice walks (which I believe are doggie friendly) in the area...

Andrew Drynan Park on Lyons Road at Running Creek, Border Range is also good - dogs allowed but the sign says "no camels". 1.5 - 2.00hrs from Brisbane.

Nuerum Creek 4WD retreat near Woodford take dogs, all facilities, not a bad place about $25 a night per vehicle from memory.
