First on the list a respray of the outside (white with a Maroon stripe to match the rangie) then new canvas and the inside can have a bit of an update...other than that its all good and tows nicely!

With any luck it will be up and running for the Bribie trip!

The first photo I wasn't sure if it was the dog or the camper :D.

Mate cool camper will serve you well, cant beat arriving at a destination and your set up in comfort in 30min.

Yeah you are right Josh...put it up in under 10 minutes all set up...minor cosmetic work needed inside and new canvas with a couple of extra windows and features and good as new...not bad for all of $1700...gotta love ebay!

Looks good Steinzy.

Keep me in the loop on the canvas also ;)

Eve has a relo in the canvas business in Coffs Harbour so we will be speaking to him also. I will let you both know if we can get a good deal down there :D just to rub it in

If you ever take it down to the colder sates, fit some insulation under the pullout matresses. Very easy to get a chill in the back. Been there done that.:D

We had a Viscount Explorer 1, many years ago. It was an 8 berth, 12' that pulled out to around 22'.

Setting up a camp with beer in one hand takes a little longer. ;)

It does, but who cares when you're camping as long as the bastard is set up regardless of how it looks.

Not when the beer is in the fridge inside the camper!

It's a Fiat Bambino isn't it?

You used to tow with that and you complain about your Disco as a tow vehicle? :D

Yes guys, it is the Bambino in my car list :D

No it was lucky to pull it's own weight, but the pic looks good.

These are the two vehicles that towed it.
The Mercedes struggled a little as it was only a 2.5 litre six.
The Fairlane being a 5.8 litre had no such problem.
After I bought the Fairlane, I traded the camper on a full size 7 berth 18' x 8' caravan.

Cheers,
