I find it funny that the Police Government etc, continue to harp on about how people are driving too fast. I have no doubt that the faster you drive you increase your chances of having a more lethal accident, however from my observations of 10 months driving on the roads here, the major factor in most of the accidents that take place on most days, is that people just have no bloody idea how to drive. ( those who can are excused ) i see rear end shunts most days, and all this is down to is people driving too close, whats worse is the stupid morons who drive feet away when iys lashing it down with rain, theres nothing wrong with doing 120/130 150 in the rain if the road but 120 right up someones rear is mad, and then theres the lane weaving, to go where? when the traffics heavy, taking the slip road at the last second, and in doing so making who evers in the left lane break hard.

Solution

Police book and fine every one whos driving like a dick, i would be quite happy to drive all day in a un marked police car and just book and book and book, all the fines should then be used to educate people on how to drive properly...
