I currently have the 3 amigoes showing,, but this is (I hope) the final hint my D2 will give me,,
The first was brake squeal, never very loud and not consistant,
The second was a lack of brake boost on start up,,
again, sometimes first thing in the morning, never after that.

Time sequence?
-Brake squeal, maybe two weeks ago? (no other brake noises)
-Brake boost, same day as the first TC/ABS (NOT HDC) light showed, maybe a week ago and curable for two days by Redbacks CTL/ALT/DEL
-The 3 Amigoes 3 days ago. all three lights, no longer curable.

I will rip some wheels off today and check pads,,
I think I will need to do pads,, not sure about rotors, but will measure.

The lack of brake boost is a concern,,
any ideas?

Sounds like you need new rotors. Unfortunately D2 ones cannot be machined either.

not having any precise instruments to measure these things,,, theres at least a 1 to 2 mm lip on each side, (disc surface is perfect) which means new rotors, which in turn means new pads.

I think LR,,
about $80 from Andersons in Hervy Bay,,
can get pads from there also,,

I've always been quite happy with the D2 brakes,,
untill, er, recently--:D
