Howdy guys , Just wondering if anyone has a spare fuel pump and exhaust manifold they want to get rid of or sell to suit a 2.25ltr petrol engine . These are the only 2 bits i need to complete my engine .:)

I have a spare fuel pump if you are interested. Pm me and we can work something out - it will need a kit thru it. Or... you could go thru Famous Four and have one sent to Aust for about $110 AU (incl freight), complete.
The kit will cost about $90 thru Repco. I wouldn't recommend the FWD products as I have had bad experiences with these kits over the last few years ... they dont last.
I have the Famous Four product on olmate and she goes strong. :D

Just came accross this message. I use Fuel Miser kits in all my vehicles. I have never had a repaired pump fail yet. The kit is usually about $40. I can get a part number if you need it.
Aaron.

For everybody who wants to know, the fuelpump repair kit is:
GOSS product
966VC
Have a look at this link.
http://www.noelsautoparts.com.au/Goss%20Catalogue.pdf
From what I can remember, the kit contains:
Diaphgram
Valves
Cork gasket for fuel bowl
Paper jointing gasket
Oil seal for shaft
Retainer for oil seal
Instruction sheet
The instructions are a bit vague when it comes to the oil seal, but the pictures help a little bit.
Aaron.
