G'day Guys,
I have recently installed a Traxide headlight upgrade kit - specifically for the D110, works a treat and no more worries about burning out the instrument stalks.
My lights are definitely brighter and the voltage drop is now minimum from the battery.
I positioned my relays behind the passenger side headlight - working in that area is a bit tight but all worked out fine:

Ran the cable through split tube from the drivers light over to the relay and cable tied to the AC frame

Connected all cables and then coated all exposed wiring

Loacted the circuit breaker and connected it all up to the main battery

Hope this inspires
