Hi there, i have a 1995 Defender130 300Tdi and want to upgrade the intercooler and pipes then put on a new exhaust for more power and was wondering if anyone has done these type of modifications before and if so how did it go?

Click on search, click advanced, do a search, there is a wealth of info on the forum, but an intercooler upgrade without upping the fuelling will do diddly.
Do a search on 300Tdi pump tweaking/increasing fuelling.
Also search 3" exhausts.

we have a good search engine here. ;)

Like a demon . Ok it depends on what size intercooler you use bearing in mind that the bigger it is the less engine cooling you have I have a stage 2 up grade which is a full width cooler increased boost (turbo) fuelled pump and as a result savage power but alas 25 (40km) to the gal (4.54l to gal) most of the fiddling to the pump is easy log on to jeremy fearns web site for all the info or try allard stock

Hi have a look at
AULRO Reviews - Message - Powered by ReviewPost (http://www.aulro.com/apr/showproduct.php/product/10/cat/18...in) product reviews....and as others have said, to maximise the potential gain a fuel pump tweak as well will give you what you are looking for.
Not sure if these are still available tho?
