Hi,
A friend has a Patrol (no jokes or sniggers, please :D) and is looking for four
BF Goodrich AT 265/75 R16 Light Truck (LT).
Anybody know where he can get a good price in Sydney, prefer Northern Suburbs area if possible.
Current best price is $302 each, fitted and balanced.
Thanks

Call Rod at Tyres Cheap, Windsor. No one should be able to get near him on price, as IIRC he is the biggest BFG dealer in the state.
Bought my first MT's there, and all subsequent BFG's from my local tyre bloke via Rod.

was going to suggest Advance Tyres at Waitara - maybe still worth a go?

$302 a throw is exxy for a BF all terrain. I paid for a smaller 225/75R16 for my 76 Rangie $225 a tyre (needed 2, got 2 for free of a mate). Some places were charging $250 upwards for a 29.5 inch ****ing tyre
Should be around the $270-280 mark NO MORE, I know the M/T's were at that price a while back in that size so I expect with a price increase the A/T's to be around that price now.

they are usually pretty good on prices - I priced up BFG AT in 285 / 75 x 16 last week and they were about $280
Service is excellent - Daniel and the boys know their stuff, even to a point in rotating a tyre on the rim to reduce the weights needed to balance, write on the inside walls if they recommend Front / Back / Spare AND torque wrench up the bolts!!!!
Try getting Bob Janes / Jax / Tyre Power to do that!!!

As an aside i took the Bravo to Bob Janes at Gaythorn and watched them use a torque wrench to do up the wheel nuts.

im not local to where you need them to be
but I get mine at $220 fitted, and pedantically balanced then installed with a torque wrench.
and no I dont get my hands dirty doing it.
