My fuel guage is sticky on the county. Whats sort of range can I expect from a full tank of fuel? Highway and country on road driving?

My neighbour is eyeing it off
then the bloke in QLD who tried to buy it out from under me, and told the owner the real value of the car.

My experience is 11-12l/100km or 650 - 725 from the 80l. The fuel gauge problem is likely to be the instrument earth (look for a stack of earth wires under one of the gauge mounting nuts - the nut will be loose - tighten it), but could be anywhere.

i re-fuel every 400-450km to be safe, and it takes 55-60L. i found the fuel gauge works exponentially. The first half of the tank goes slow, then the seccond just dissapears. I'm running massive tyres and a fueled up turbo too, which doesn't help.
