07 Defender sales

According to the figures.....sales of the 2007 Defender are 34 130's and 104 wagons in the first 4 months.....do the dealers have many in stock or are they suprised by the demand......when i sold them 17 years ago at Alf Barbagllo's in Perth, we were lucky to sell 2 a month.......

Scallops had a post 6 months ago about LR bringing in 200 defenders, so I guess 200-140=60 left in stock?

Our Adelaide dealer has only got 1 left in stock which they use as a demo.

We still haven't seen our first '07 Defender... we will be waiting at least another two months. We are getting about one enquiry per week for both the 110 and 130 models.

I don't know what the supply situation is like but most of the cars we receive here are already sold.

We do have a black 130 demonstrator though, so that one at least wasn't pre-sold.
