Just thought I keep you inform, ARB has now modify there current winch bullbar to fit the new 2007 defenders.

The store has my in stock but unable to install it till next thursday (14/2).
when it's book in, cost the same $1287 fitted.

As soon as I have it install I will post a few photo's.

does it incorporate recovery points in the bar?

If you look at the opposite lock ones which are better looking in my oppinion you should be able to get it sooner as I believe they are shipped from W.A.

Mate - I got mine fitted on December 15, 2007 - so they have been available for a while now. ;)

The bar has eyelets on the underside which, according to ARB, can be used for a straight line recovery.

I Believe due to popularity of the 07 Defender they ran out of stock,waiting for latest shipment from China:mad:

Scallops, didn't realise the 07 fender came with the electric option, how long to charge him up;)

Yes indeed ;) - I got the electric beer chiller equipped Defender (from Engel) - seen here in action over the Christmas break! Doesn't take me very long at all to be fully charged up. :D

Whats different with the 2007 defenders to make it necessary for ARB to have to change their bars?

Profit margins for this year are the only difference I can see. As far as I'm aware the bullbar on my 1985 model 110 would fit.

I don't know about that. Dullbird purchased an older model Defender bar ready to fit to her new 07 one and it wouldn't fit. She had to re-sell it.
