Uploading a file

Hi all,
Can someone please tell me how you upload an attached file for download.
I can't seem to find any instructions.

Go to your User CP - top of all pages.

Down the left hand side list of options, under miscellaneous is attachments.

Umm, you attach the file when you are making a new post in a thread.

Click reply, scroll down to manage attachments.
