Folks on a two tank wvo system, whats the best option????
Use the vehicle ( Mechanical in my case) pump to supply the WVO and an electric one on the diesel. or vice a verser. I have also read that some people use the vehicle pump for both fuels with solenoid. In my case i have an electric pump (Facet )laying around so its no big deal.. If i use the facet on diesel does it have to be a certain pressure. ???? also if an electrical pump is to be used for the WVO what brand is reccomended. My concern is keeping the WVO up to the injector pump to advoid starvation.

so long as the WVO is fluid the normal mechanical pump will shift it.
Id simply install 2 solenoids on the plumbing to the tanks

1 switches the supply before the lift pump and the other would switch the return line. start and run on the diesel till its warm switch over both to run the WVO.

when you switch off turn over the supply solenoide then run for 5 minutes or so to allow thefuel system to purge then switch over the fuel solenoid.

If you got really tricky you could wire it up so that when you turned the vehicle off the supply automatically turned back to normal fuel and the return stayed over on the WVo tank till the turbo timer shut down the engine and it would then turn the return back to dieso till you had it running and reselected the bio tank.

you could get even tricker and put a thermo swith on the bio tank or engine that would automatically prevent switching over to the bio till the engine or bio was at a predetermined temp.
