Hello,
My dad is looking a blue V8 county on the Gold coast. (this one http://www.aulro.com/afvb/90-110-130-defender-county/52775-whats-county-worth.html). The guy didn't sell it. Just wondered if there was someone on here that might be able to have a look at so we know it is as described.
Would be much appreciated.

WR.

G'day Blknight.aus :)

If you are going to look at it "TAKE A MAGNET WITH YOU":D a good strong one, they don't stick to BOG:D up around the firewall/door hinges, and rear chassis , seen them stuffed with newspaper and bogged over, got a 1994 Courier Mail like that (in 2001) and the owner even had a RWC for it :(

cheers

magnets also dont stick to ally body panels...

I dont do the magent test as I know how to bog so that magnets will stick to it.....

I use a hammer.... (and a stethescope and an endo scope, and a load tester and I pull a heap of stuff apart to look at the bits that they dont want you to look at.)

Ive even been know to jack up wheels and test wheel bearings, brakes and listen to diffs....

Hell When I get really really nitpicky (usually when the seller is ****ing me off by telling me I dont need to check it its in good nick really Im just wasting my time) I'll take upto a whole day.
