:2up: I think we both know its worth a little more....

Sadly what its worth and cost are 2 differnet things....

I know of a 2 door Rangie last year that had a care, racing seats, twin lockers, 350 chev and lpg and was all engineered.... sold for $1250.. that was as good as he could get..

So Matt's $5k is prob on the money...

Part it out.. you might get your $7500

Body's are worth nothing.... only the Engine, box and diffs...

That's not exactly across the country.

When I bought my Disco the first thing I did with it was drive it from Sydney to Brisbane to get it home. About 12hrs by myself.

It is a shame with these great older Rovers that to get any reasonable money back on them you have to wreck them out. Won't be long before there are none left :(
Maybe then they will be worth something.

X2, I thought $6K was a decent price, but well done for getting what you wanted in sorts that is :(

Sadly, I have put my old 76 Rangie in near orig condition up for sale this arvo. I have other plans and will use what I get for it on a new Rangie project. I was thinking about a Disco, as good as they are and some advantages over the classic Rangies, it's still not the same and I hate the roof on them even to this day :mad: So a good early 90's rangie is what I am chasing since I've had one before and it was still the best Range Rover I've owned to this day.

Asking $3K, a bit steep I know but I'm open to reasnoble offers plus I'm in no hurry to sell it. It's too good to wreck anyway.
