New (to me) DII V8 with TC and ABS lights on

Howdy all,
I have just bought in Japan a 2000 DII V8.:o Only problems are: the TC and ABS lights are on. :mad:The truck has a flat battery (as in DEAD flat) and the little jump pack they used wouldn't power it up. Now i'm guessing with a fresh battery and a reset these lights could well go out and stay out but if not......where do I look first?:confused:
