I doubt the effectiveness of the air-con. I reckon it would remain fairly close to outside temp. Makes you wonder why they bothered with the two doors.

I would say definitely ex military :-
1. raised suspension
2. Blanked off LH fuel filler.
3. Brush guard as you say.
Looks as if the tub has been cut off and a cab added.
