G'day all

We have now had over 7 days straight with temp over 35c and the forecast is for the next 7 days to be over 34 (mostly around 36-39) Certainly no need to water the lawn, theres nothing left of it. we have had 3mm of rain in the Barossa and no sign of any coming soon.
:firedevil: looking forward to a nice cold change and plenty of rain

Had to LOL. After writing the above post went back to the forum page and under general chat is says "Think of it as a campfire chat"
No need for camp fires at the moment, Just throw the snags and chops on a steel plate and solar cook them under the sun

As you have been so generous with your hot weather, there is only one thing to do :spudnikparty:Lots of amber fluids to stop dehydration

How are the river levels going up there. I went down to Goolwa recently and you can see the sand banks above the water level in the middle of the river. A lot of the farms on the edges of Lake Albert can not access any water because their pumps are now high and dry

Hi there

We are based in the Flinders Rangers of SA "Wilmington" - and we havent had a day uner 40 for the past week.

I said to the wife in jest last night we have 42 forcasted tomorrow (Monday) then we have a cool change - 40 for the rest of the week. We have had "no" rain since before Christamas (not looking good)

It was a cool night getting down to 26" - and the kids were complaining it was cold but its now 0830 am and already 35 again.....

PS looking forwards to Cooma as it has to be cooler.....just my luck it will be wet..........

All the best

Wayne

G'day Wayne
great part of the Flinders, I reckon when it gets above 38 it just hot, doesn't matter how many more degrees we get. Your right about the rain, I have never seen it so dry in my life. Its been quite cool here at night as well, down to 16c last night but back up to 39 today.:spudnikboil:
