spring height

Hi all , just woundering if anyone knows the free spring height of a 89 RRC for both front and rear , as you may know mine has saged and i wish to check them this weekend .

Best to just go and get an extra 2" lift on a new standard spring height, rather than worrying about what they currently are ;)
