Rangerov are in mitcham www.range-rov.com.au (http://www.range-rov.com.au)
or AMV in ringwood. AMV - The Economic Alternative for the Melbourne Landrover & Rover 4wd Community (http://www.amv.com.au)
both have good feedback from customers:)

If you're any good with the tools then do it yourself. Very very simple to do and you can convert to oil lubed while your there.
Although if oil is leaking out your hub seal then I guess it has been converted before or has converted itself :)

Guys, I use Adrian at Rangie Automotive in Lilydale for the servicing of my defender. Not sure if this is too far out off the way for you.

Theres' also Roverland and All Ranges 4WD in the Boronia area, and Fred Smith in Bayswater (?).
If it is urgent I've found Ritters in Burwood good too. They did my power steering in a hurry when I needed to go away on a trip next day. But they are expensive like most of the larger places.
