I sold my 300tdi disco today. A sad day - but something had to go. :(
I'll look forward one day to a chipped td5 auto. :)
Which td5 discos have the best configuration for someone doing low kms per annum mainly blacktop use but occasional foray into 4wd territory?

looks like someone recognised true value:)
hope you stick 'round 'til you regain your good judgement:)
We'd miss your posts otherwise - like someone else said - we dont own LRs cause of their reliability (even tho' they are usually) - we own 'em 'cause they're interesting:)

I'll stick around because I appreciate the forum and its members. I liked my disco and I recognise that the 300tdi has a lot going for it... But some economic rationalisation wrt to my lifestyle had to be put into the equation. Not much use having a unique beast sitting aound when there's children to be fed and bills to be paid.
