96 defender alternator

Gday all. having killed the alternator in my defender i began ringing around all the usual rover parts places in perth for a replacement. after picking myself up off the floor with the first few prices being in the $500 range i came across a place called cooldrive in morley.the unit i got was same desighn as original, all i had to change was the pulley and drill the thread out of the tensioning bolt hole, and the best part was the price of $260. i hope this may be of use to other members in perth.
