Nanocom Firmware update problem??

Has anyone successfully updated the Namocom firmware?

I have firmware ver1.07 and have tried to update to ver1.09 but with no success. All I get is a message that says
"Unable to cennect the NANOCOM bootloader!

The rest of the unit, BA 5010, seems to be working OK.

Naocom replied overnight with suggestions as to what might be wrong.

After trying 3 PC's I have finnally got the upgrade to work.
