I rang Sutton Motors in Alice Springs today (Land Rover dealer there) - they have a new Defender arriving very soon (not sure what colour though) - I understand it's at the rail siding. I also understand it is for sale. ;)

It's going because any plans I had went out the window and it isn't the most suitable vehicle now. Replacing is a tdi disco. Already got it and nice vehicle it is.
Pity it is going because everything is sorted now and it runs better then new- no joke. I can not honestly say it will be sad to see it go.

Bizarre I can't see what an 07 can't give you that a tdi can!! Apart from relief of payments if you didn't by the car out right.

Yeah, bought it out right but... I don't see any use having the vehicle unless I would use it for what it is made and I wouldn't. A disco is so much more comfortable and a nicer ride in my experience.

Well, no matter what it will be an expensive lesson as a lot of mods on it and I was told by everyone you never get any where near their value. But that's okay. I just hope it sells to someone who enjoys it.
