I found these whilst browsing late one night, but can't seem to find anything about them. Any clues?

Thanks!

... and where are they? A white pages seach shows them out at Coronet Bay near Bass. Is that them? Or do they trade under another name in the metro area?

Oooookayyyyyyyyy:wacko::blink: Sorry, I should have explained. Just got done for being 1mm over :confused:on track on my one of my Rovers. In NSW It seems RTA are onto this changing track thing. I was refered to thishttp://www.rta.nsw.gov.au/registration/downloads/vsi/vsi09_rev4.pdf Now have to get blue plate to get rid off that sticker/defect.

I'm a little concerned now. The NSW RTA used to allow an increase of 51mm in track for solid axle 4x4's and only 25mm for everything else, but I can't see that anywhere on that document.

It is posible some of us may not be leagle looking at that document. Best thing to do is talk to an Engineer and deal with it. If we are not compliant our insurance will not honour us. I've been through 3 Engineers to find one that will help my cause. PM me if you need some help here. As for the rims on this thread, they look like my Eastern Ck rims on my rangie. They just seem to put them out there at any offset customer asks for. I doubt many of them are leagle with out Engineering. Sorry for hijacking this thread.:)

Lucky where not in NSW then - but you are seriously unlucky.
Did they measure by hand?

In all seriousness there are so many variables to this argument, 130s where fitted with different rims to 110s using the same bearings & brake system
You can argue for that.
If you upgrade brakes on a RR, you can also prob argue for that.

It is very hard to find rims that are +8 Offset on the shelf, they all seem to go straight to -25 unless custom.
Everyone just assumes wheels are set at 0.

Cheers
Dave.

I'm glad I found this thread, I've always wanted those rims. They are really expensive for steelies though, are they worth 4x the price of the common 8 spokes?

The RTA inpectors are all by the book. No they did not use a tape over all. They went by specs of the Rover and measured the Rims.:(. I did mention they are the same as a 130" and they said what is a 130:confused:. So then got the defect. Have spoken to a engineer on the specs on a 130 but is still very border line. Anyway it is all sorted.:D
