The Australin ARMY made one R/C Land Rover back in the mid 70's -80's thay used as a mine detector I can't remember where it was used . I can only my older brother telling me about it stone

We use to go to beating the retreat at Lachford Barracks every year as kids. A bloke would be driving this little remote jeep around, then it would disapear behind the castle and reapear the other side as a full size jeep.

Its in the Bandi meusem now, turns out that it was not remote control. The driving components were relocated to the back seat and the "radio control boxs' covered him from veiw.
