Tricked up D3's on the M1

Had to go and see the relies on Sunday and traveling down the M1 to Palm Beach I came across two separate white D3's all tricked up with matching black winch bar and rear wheel carrier, lights, roof rack, snorkel, the lot.

Looked great, I'm jealous:( and I hate them:(.

Mind you, their's were clean and mine was still covered in crud from Mt Mee so I think I won the in cred stakes:cool:

Hi White D3, one would have been mine, not so clean today but will be later on. Took the Rhino roof rails off yesterday to see what difference it will make to fuel consumption. Removed the platform rack a few weeks ago so I can also calculate differences.

Hi Will,

Saw one D3 heading south around 11AM and another heading north around 4PM.

Be interested to know what the diff turns out to be, and whether there's a significant noise reduction as well.

I was passed somewhere near Dream World by a white D3, presume it may have been you. Bloody great truck the D3. Am absolutely stoked with the performance of ours. Hopefully catch you out and about sometime.
