I have been a fan of biofuels for years, specially running recycled cooking oil through a dieso motor, the issue of thinning the solidified oil kept cropping up, this is now solved with a heat exchanger, company who makes guarantees it will ensure your biofuel flows cleanly and freely, wont clog filters and decreases oil vicosity and says will blow much less smoke, not sure of other additives that may need to be added? , you could never have enought filters I think, this idea is really appealing, only thing now is how do you use it and in what machine, guessing a 2A 109, either a Jap or Perkins Dieso, gearbox, tcase rework, would retain one fuel tank for diesel fuel for just in case cold weather scenario or starting issues, the skys the limit with other tanks and what not, you could process your own fuel at home ie filtering the chiko roll chunks out and you can do this as you go along on your travels, always plenty drums old cooking oil lying around out the back of greasy Joes, with rising costs of petrol this must have merit for those who wanna steam around the country for not much!
