Well my partner and I came to the last meeting and have joined up and awaiting the next meeting this week. Good to see a nice bunch that made us feel welcome (unlike another club meeting we attended). Cant wait for the DAP etc and some trips to get on.

Will have to post up some pics of out landy (D2) in near future as well, must say that they are great vehicles and have really impressed us.

Welcome Sledge

But whats with all these D2's, you should buy an old Rangie and build it up for the harder trips:D I know which ''other club'' you are talking about to mate, I paid my money , did the driver awareness and that was enough thanks. Good bunch of people in GCLRO

The trips are defiantly the best part of being in the club as everyone will give a hand when needed. Welcome and hopefully I will see you on a club trip if I make one. ;)

Us D2 drivers just have a bit more taste, we prefer a bit more style and comfort when hitting the tracks. You cant beat having Aircon hey Trav.

FFFFFFTTTTTTTT. Driving a D2 off road is like driving an ironing board compared to our RRC,s:D Speaking of hitting the tracks we need to get out more I totally agree.

Yeah, I will post up some pics ASAP, have been off road a couple of times now and done the beach driving thing too, great fun.

Our D2 is a 2004 jobbie, lovely 4L V8, oh and the mods, lets see, side steps, lol, have fitted the General Grabber AT2's ....hmm need a lift kit, bull bar, winch, UHF, recovery point...bigger wheels, supercharger, lol, it never ends does it.

Now looking forward to the Glasshouse trip and a bit of camping...
