some interesting features on this that make it a ripper for the 4wd'er... removable, portable tank that you can take with you for those airups after a trip, also has a schrader valve, so you can refill it at a petrol station too...

and you can buy the plain portable tank as well if you already have a compressor.

can't say I have one, but just thought I'd pass along the idea :)

Thanks for that....very interesting and has heaps of potential for 4WDing, particularly beach work, fact you can refill at a servo is great.....have to look into it.....already have a GMC compressor, 25l one, which is a great little machine

Kmart sell a tank only with a schrader valve for about $50.

The kmart Arlec tank is a bit bulbous but the GMC tank is more cylindrical and would easily bolt to a chassis rail or even in a D1 rear pocket, i posted a pic of one here late last year i think. The portable tank ahs a nitto fitted as well.
