Just wanted to thank the GCLRO blokes (and gals) for everything at the convoy destination today - it was great to be welcomed into the park by Harry and Outlaw - to then be directed to the "exclusive" GCLRO parking area courtesy of Disco2's orange tape and finally to have shared in the pancake mix.:D

The Kids with us enjoyed the day much more with a few pancakes in the belly - Also good to meet a few new faces and have a good chat with Philco and others - so well done! :clap2: Looking forward to The Springs trip. :twobeers:

Hear hear! Well done to Neville and others who helped organise it. An impressive sight to see so many Land Rovers on the freeway.

Yes, us kids enjoyed the pancakes and bacon. Trust the Canadians to take something American like pancakes and make it even more unhealthy.

It was a great day today at Winders Park. Tremendous seeing the Qld Land Rovers come together at a lovely venue with beautiful weather but mostly being able to put some faces to the names (and pics). Thanks to Big Mac and other organisers.

Cheers everyone for a great day LROCB did a great job at getting the convoy moving... was very impressed after seeing the troubles involved in Cooma ;) A big thank-you to all those from AULRO who made a showing and of course thanks to my GCLRO family :D

The park was a perfect size for the group involved and great photos all available here (http://www.aulro.com/afvb/queensland-reports/55071-60th-anniversary-convoy-brisbane-gold-coast-photos.html)... the bbq was cranking for a good amount of time and must say brekkie was yummy :D:D:D Company was brilliant ;)

See you all on the tracks ;)
