Personally, I don't believe in adding products containing heaps of PTFE to otherwise perfectly good components, but I do have a story about this product.

A mate of mine has a buggered VN Yobbodore hoon wagon. Naturally its backyard modified and probably putting a fair bit more torque through the autobox than a standard 3.8 V6 - it has 295,000 kms on it. The autobox is in a very poor state of repair. It flares between every gear (manual shifting helps), slips randomly, and squeals occasionally which is something I've never encountered. We pulled the pan off and it was full of bits of metal, swarf and fibres, plus a lot of very thrashed fluid:D. After it was refilled with fresh ATF it was still exhibiting the same problems, so it was booked into have a reco box fitted by Lilydale automatics. In a last desperate gasp we threw in two bottles of the above named product and now its working, more or less perfectly:cool:. The reco TH700 is sitting on the garage floor as Lilydale autos said give it 5,000 kms if that!

Any products that you know of that manage to juice the last bit of life out??

theres a handfull of fuel treatments that will fix petrol injectors and some that do wonders for cooling systems and burning oil and oil leaks

but as those of you who watch/read the red dwarf series will know from when they hotwire holly, you get the increased preformance for loss of overall life. But since your applying them to essentially buggered components thats no bad thing.

with the auto saver make sure youre around in a larger stronger car when it decides to let go. Its very spectacular.
