Ahhh all D3's have shocks.

No they don't the airbag suspension unit replaces not only the spring but the shock as well.

It's not the same as the set up on the rear of a Disco 2 or P38.

All Disco 3s do have shock absorbers. Whether air suspended or steel spring suspended.

Ahhh all D3's have shocks.

Your right, I'm wrong - I just looked this up, the shock is integral with the air bag. You can tell that the D3 only has the stealer work on it can't you!! I know a lot more about the workings of my 110 honest :D
