How many of each?

Hi guys Just thought i would do a poll just to see what sort of numbers we have for each model of land rover . As there has been a lot of new members it would be good to see a rough figure:D.

Please don't hurt me if i forgot anyone pleeeeease !!!

Oh and from seeing previous polls done on here about this topic i suggest either
1.) keeping it vague eg: series/defender, disco, rangy, freelander
OR
2.) going all out and listing every variation you can and be warned you'll probably miss a couple AND can only list 10 options so first choice is maybe the easiest ;)

Also, maybe leave the poll open for multiple votes for those of us with one of each :D:D:D

Ser3 109 with a ford V8 and auto(project)

Stage1 V8 hardtop(both in the unknown basket)

I did say rough count :angel: as i have more than of in the 2a section ans series 3 section :p ...... is there a more accurate way of getting a number of all the landy's ???:confused:

have about 4 rangie clasics and a s3 stage 1 and half a defender 2door which is my brothers as well as some of the rangie bits :D:D:D:D

You left out 110, so I put it down as a Defender, even though it is not.

Also, only put down the 110 and 2a, since these are the only ones registered.

OK, what is going on?

There were 177 Defenders at Cooma and only 160 Discoveries.

How come on this poll only 32% are Defenders and 49% are Discoveries?

I can think of two possibilities:

A lot of Defender owners haven't joined AULRO.
Defender owners spend their time going to interesting places like the 60th Anniversary celebrations at Cooma while Discovery owners sit at home filling in online polls.:p

1)95 wreck parts
2)92 blown motor parts car
3)91 daily driver with a few mods:D:D

There were also almost almost the same number of Series 1 as Series 2/2a at Cooma, and both together added up to more than either the Defenders or Discoveries! In fact, at Cooma Series Landrovers added up to almost as many as Defender plus Discovery if you include S3 as well.

In my view, the answer is that owners were more likely to take their "traditional" (Series, 90/110/120/Defender) Landrover to Cooma, and also more likely to take their older one - e.g. I took my 2a not my 110! Where in this poll, there is the opportunity to put them all down, unless, of course you have more than one of the same type.

If you add them up they are way in excess of 100%

Now if we want to get really pushy we could point out that if we add up the series, countys and defenders (as they're all related and share body parts :p) then we have more than twice anything else on the list at 125 compared to a mere 63 discos :D:D:D
