army trailer brakes & springs

After long use our ex-army trailer is in need of new springs and the addition of electric brakes.

Can smeone advise me on a god source of replacement srings...mine are 2 stage eye to eye 45mm springs: 8 in the 1st stage and 2 in the 2nd. No doubt the bushes & hangers need replacement too.

Also, some advice on how I go about putting electric brakes on theis trailer & souces for parts: it has LR wheels & bearings (series 3 I think).
