hi guys

i would expect none of you never knew i was even gone:p, but i have returned today from san francisco..after a weeks holiday

had a great time

was only there for a week

sat arrived midday spent the day sussing out the area where we had the motel

sun went shopping at tanforan

mon went to fishermans warf to the aquarium and then went to see the famous sea lions also had a cable car ride up to the famous lombard street
and a cruise around the bay which took us under the bridge

tues hired some bikes and did a 30k ride which took us over golden gate bridge and in to couple of small towns ending at tiburon

weds went to a baseball game for the giants (that was great think i might start following baseball)

thurs did a night tour around alcatraz which was awesome

fri went to muri woods and did a 5.5 mile walk to see the giant red woods

sat chilled out went to the pictures to see iron man and then had a couple of games of ten pin bowling before heading to get the plane home.

but while we were there spotted a couple of landies 2 90's which i got a couple of pics for yeh and the owners of the white one, well we chatted to them for a bit lovely people gave them the site address and they said they would come have a look as they are enthusiasts just like us lot:)

Looks like a great trip. Nice one.

Love that white 90. They still go for a fair bit over there, although this one is a particularly fine example. :D

Not sure about the soft top in winter though.

the guy was telling us that they go for more than what they originally sold for over there now.......

like australia and the 90's they only got around 500 over there but unlike australia they dont get any defenders there now so i suppose thats why they have kept there price so well:)

Monterey Bay Aquarium (http://www.mbayaq.org/)?

Isn't it just brilliant. Probably the best part of my last trip to the US.

Cheers
