System Performance

as you may have noticed the system seems to be having problems coping with the current system load.

i am doing what i can to alleviate it but haven't found a magic bullet as yet.

i am switching options on and off to try and find what is hammering the system the most.

at present i have turned off the search feature for non subscribers to see if it has a marked effect on the system performance.

if it has little or no effect i will turn it back on...

i think i will be turning the gallery off as well, as there are plenty of free photo sites on the net now and i think this would help the system cope better.

you can use google to search the site with a search term such as

instead of just searchterms
