For My Bday last year my lovely wife bought me a new Maton guitar and as my Washburns name is Elanor, I need a name for the Maton.
I have an old cheap guitar who is just called the pub guitar but used to be called Fred and I had a matching 12 string called Wilmer but Ive sold her years ago.
Ive also thought I need to name the Disco but Im not that creative with names so can you lot throw some Ideas into the hat I would appreciate it.

I thought of Old Mate (sorry Olmate) but I was told to be more creative and it wasnt old so back to the drawing board.

Hey nice guitbox Mccrover.
Maton's are a wonderful peice of craftsmanship have a lovely sound. (What model?)
Surely that'd put a smile on your face after the cr@p you're putting up with.
Maybe you could call it "knackers" :D:D:D:D
Okay seriously, how about your wife's middle name.

Okay seriously, how about your wife's middle name.
Tis a Down inder model, number 15 of 20 made and yes is bloody fantastic guitar to play and has a very nice rich tone.
I might run the middle name idea past Mrs Mc and see what she thinks, thats not a bad idea, pretty good for some browny points I'd think :D
I'll add a pic sorry about the quality it is from my phone camera:D

Nice one Mc,
"15 of 20" - sounds like it's a fairly unique one too.
Your next challenge, should you decide to accept it, is to record a little .wav file for us and upload it so we can all have a listen.:spudnikguitar:
Maybe you could write us a song......how about. "There's rust in my chassis, dear Liza, dear Liza,..."
Nice to see you've got a something to help with your convalescence.
All the best with your recovery.
