NO V8 for the SII

some time ago i got a 289 ford V8 with a RR gear box fitted so my 2 boys and me tryed to put in the SII table top what a stuf up it was*:wasntme: . I wasent going to get the gas axe out . then the box sliped & took the tip of my finger cleen off :(. THEN we were taking it out the chain broke & the hole thing landed on my foot :(.so then we put a 2.25 4cyl back in not a probluem it went in like it was greased up with butter .the 289 & box chris will make a 4x4 padock basher up with :o:o:o:(:(:( .

dad has gone out to check his trouck he is going to cowra tonight chris here he had so much trouble he went right off like a 305 liter drum of fuel under the space shultle at take off . he pulled the old moter out remaid it in 24 hours ti went in and bolted up and running in 3 hours that mad him happy

Pity, with the 289 it would have gone like the clappers. hm, 289 in a rangie - noice!
