help.start engine abs chimes go off no three amigoes appear on dash abs does not actvate this only occurs intermitantly diagnostic equipment shows no fault when problem demonstrated 2002 disco under u/c warranty dealer pulling his hair out at the moment londrover has not advised fix

Surely the three chimes are for the hill decent or is it the off road ride height - have you got the hill decent switch or the off road ride height switch on ???

Yep - three chimes = trying to use the off road height adjustment when not allowed

............but either way I still think its hill descent or off road height switches causing the problem
